If you are looking for a fun packed day for your children, then look no further. Our range of holiday activities will keep even the most active child entertained.

Some activities will take place outdoors on the 3G Pitches, therefore a waterproof jacket and spare change of clothes may be required.

All activities have a number limit so we advise booking to avoid disappointment. Last minute postponements, cancellations or changes will be posted on our Facebook page and where possible, on the website.

Activities may be cancelled, without notice if insufficient demand. All coaching staff are DBS checked and first aid qualified Cancellation policy. Refunds will only be given if spaces are re-sold.

Holiday Activities run from 8.45am to 4pm.

A very popular and fun packed day in which your child will enjoy a multitude of sports which may include hockey, basketball, football, tag rugby, dodgeball, swimming and much more.

Packed lunch is essential. Children will also need:

• warm outdoor and indoor clothing.

This activity takes place outdoors unless there is adverse weather.

Bounce, Bend and Boogie - for ages 5 to 13

A great day where your children can enjoy gymnastics activities, trampolining, swimming and dancing. Its enough to tire even the liveliest of children!

Packed lunch is essential. Children will also need:

This activity takes place indoors only.

Guidance for parents and carers

We welcome all children and will do our utmost, (in partnership with parents/legal carers, professional agencies and the children themselves) to ensure that each child has access to the widest range of opportunities. We treat each child as an individual and with equal respect and encourage the children themselves to treat others with the same respect.

We have designed this list of requests to ensure that your child(ren) have the best experience they can with us throughout the day.

We would request that:

• If your child(ren) has a medical condition you supply us with clearly labelled medication if this is not supplied we will refuse admission for the day and no refund will be given.
• If your child(ren) has an injury please inform the coach on the day.
• Your child(ren) should be suitable clothed for sports games (jeans and skirts are not acceptable), sock should always be worn.
• If your child(ren) has long hair it should be tied back, jewellery should not be worn.
• No child(ren) should arrive with any electronic devices including mobile telephones.
• If you child(ren) cannot swim or is not a strong swimmer you must supply appropriate swim aids.
• Please send your child(ren) with appropriate supplies for outdoor activities as well as indoor (hats and sunscreen in a bag) (sunscreen should be applied at home further applications will not be done by the centre staff)
• We kindly request that you do not send your child with money to use the vending machine.
• Written permission must be supplied by the parent/legal care at the start of each day if you wish for your child to go home unaccompanied.(the centre have final say over this)

If a child becomes ill during a session, every attempt will be made to contact you to arrange collection of the sick child. The child will be cared for until collected.

In case of a minor accident, basic First Aid will be administered. In case of an accident requiring more than basic First Aid, every attempt will be made to contact the parent/legal carer to advise or discuss with him/her the course of action to be taken.

Please note: if the parent or legal carer cannot be contacted in time, the centre will take action to take appropriate medical treatment for the child.

We are delighted to announce our party schedule for April 22 to March 23 which now includes the option to view availability, book and pay for the activity on our website.

We will contact you after you’ve made your booking to discuss catering to be added to your booking as this is compulsory with our parties and will be charged at a minimum of 10 children.

Football (indoors or outdoors) - 60 minutes

Following customer feedback we have adjusted our Football Parties to now be self-led. This means we will provide the space (either 3 courts in the main hall, or a 3G pitch), balls, bibs and cones as well as goals. You can then run the football activities for yourself or hire in an external coach to organise the fun!

Bouncy Castle and Soft Blocks - 60 minutes

New for 2022! A combination of our bouncy castle, soft play blocks and ball pit. This activity is self-led so you will need to provide your own supervision during the activity.

Nerf Party- 60 minutes

It’s back! Our very popular Nerf Party! This activity is led by a party co-ordinator who will organise the children into teams for various games and challenges. The activity will now take place in the Squash Court area (with excellent adult viewing opportunities from the Squash spectator gallery!).

Small Pool Aqua Party- 60 minutes

Our small pool is the perfect place to entertain those not quite ready for the big inflatable! Children can splash in the small pool amongst floats and balls!

Lifeguards are included for safety

Wet & Wild Aqua Party- 60 minutes

Our super inflatable obstacle course is perfect for children to enjoy slip sliding their way through! This party includes exclusive use of the main pool with inflatable as well as the small pool with floats and balls. Lifeguards are included for safety.

*Please note- the birthday child/ren must be turning 9 or older. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied in the water by an adult on a ratio of 1:2 (1 adult to 2 children)

Children wanting to use the super inflatable will need to pass a short swim test at the start of the party to confirm they are able to swim 25m in deep water unaided. Children who are unable to meet these criteria will stay in the small pool.

Party Food

We are pleased to be able to offer party food for all parties booked. Party food is compulsory (minimum of 10 meals) with each party booked. We allocate a 30 minute time slot for guests to enjoy their party buffet.

Typically a Cold buffet includes food such as sandwiches, crisps, cold pizza, carrot/cucumber sticks, mini cakes etc, jugs of squash.

Price per head: £4.60

Minimum Food order per party: 10 meals

Allergies and dietary requirements:

Please discuss any allergies or dietary requirements with reception when you make your party food order and we will get back to you with your options.

We take food safety very seriously. With this in mind we cannot guarantee the preparation or serving areas are free from any allergens via cross contamination but are able to advise on the ingredients used in the manufacture of the products being served. If you are unsure of the suitability of any food being served, please do contact a member of the team to assist you.

Deadline for confirming:

Your food choices and numbers must be finalised no later than the Monday prior to your party. Unfortunately, we cannot amend food orders after this time.

All parties are subject to facility and staff (where applicable) availability. If you would like any more information or have any special requests, please speak to one of our reception team who will be happy to assist you.

Any self-guided games or activities that take place during the party should be suitably risk assessed. Any externally hired in coaches should be suitably qualified and insured for the activities they are delivering. The customer takes responsibility for the safety of the activities or games.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that your circumstances may change and you may have to cancel or rearrange your party.

Activity Cancellation: Provided you give us notice at least two weeks prior to your party date, we would be happy to refund 50% of the party costs to you or move to a mutually agreed date for a fee of 25%.

Food Cancellation: The cost of food can be refunded providing that we receive your notice prior to the Monday before the party was due to take place.

Our weekday Teenfit sessions provide a fantastic opportunity for your youngsters to come and get a taste of gym life. Each session is supervised by one of our experienced, enthusiastic team and the group have a lot of fun whilst keeping fit every week day. 

Sessions are held mainly in our conditioning gym but our instructors do incorporate the use of other centre facilities including the indoor cycling bikes, the sports hall and, in nice weather, the 3G pitches and open grass area. 

Teenfit is included in the Active Teen Membership.

Teenfit runs every weekday from 4.15pm to 5.00pm. Sessions are for 11 to 15 year olds, and cost £3.95 per session.

Teenfit includes a range of activities, including indoor cycling and training in the main gym area under the supervision of our gym team.

It is strongly recommended to book your teen onto the session as they get extremely busy, and have a max capacity of 14 per session.

Enjoy any or all of our activities for 11 to 15 year olds during the school holidays and weekends.

Available from 12 noon to 3pm throughout the school holidays and every weekend, enjoy any or all of the following activities for just the one price of £6.30. That's just over £1 per hour for a ton of fun!

Alternatively, we offer a 'Football Only' Pass for just £3.65 per session. That's up to 3 hours of football!

The activities are laid out so that we can offer as many as possible throughout the day. Some activities have to be time constrained. Below is a guide as to which activities will run (subject to availability) at which times.

Please kindly note that all sessions are unsupervised - apart from the swim sessions, which are lifeguarded.

• 3G pitches, Squash and Table Tennis are available from 12 noon to 3pm. 
• Swimming is available between 2pm and 3pm.
• Basketball and Badminton are available between 12 noon and 2pm, on Court 1 or Court 2.

Please note that there is a high likelihood of availability during the above times, but occasionally the facility may be unavailable.

A monthly membership is also available at £23 per month through the Active Teen Membership. If you've registered to join us, you can book now to secure your spot.

Our gymnastics courses follow the British Gymnastics award scheme from basic jumping and balancing skills, to hand springs and back flips. It will also improve flexibility, strength, co-ordination and confidence in a fun and safe environment. Children may be moved up or down depending on their gymnastic ability.

The monthly direct debit payable will be £26 per month but it will only be taken for 11 months of the year. There will be no payment taken in August (we will arrange for this on your behalf and there will be no need to cancel your direct debit for August).

Our popular Tumble Gym is back. Tumble Gym is a structured introduction to gymnastics for children.

Each child must be accompanied by one adult who must supervise their child throughout the session.

Please note that this is a term time course, and spaces are limited. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Hourly sessions designed to teach all the necessary skills required to obtain British Gymnastics awards, progressing from basics such as co-ordination and balance, to more complex moves such as somersaults and baranis.

Open Trampolining

For those who wish to enjoy a fun bounce rather than a structured course, try our open trampoline sessions. It costs £4.25 for 5 to 17 year olds, and £5.95 for adults.

An exciting programme awaits those in junior squash, with 4 opportunities to train each week and certificates and badges to be obtained in various levels. Please note that the sessions are only available during school term time.

Charlie is our Level 3 qualified coach and has been working at the complex for the last 10 years. Charlie makes squash both fun and enjoyable, while ensuring the juniors improve in ability, and sometimes progress to play for the county.

Junior Squash Academy

Academy ranging from 2 years to 18 years. Giving kids a great chance of advanced progression in match play with prizes on offer.
